I accept Kaiser Permanente Insurance. Please ask your primary physician for a referral. Once you get approval for referral, please contact me and we will schedule our first session.
For other insurances, I am considered an “out of network provider” as I do not contract with them. “Out of network” benefits may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. When you check your insurance coverage, please ask the following: Do I have behavioral health insurance benefits? What is my deductible for an “out of network” provider and has it been met? How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover? How much does my insurance cover for an “out of network” provider per session?
